EU ash cloud ruling against Ryanair: what it means for you

The European Court of Justice has ruled against Ryanair, in a case brought by a customer who faced a seven-day delay because of the ash cloud back in April 2010. She ran up big bills on food and hotels in that time and Ryanair had refused to pay. The court demanded that the airline pay up.
