IT consultant Andrew Priest was caught doing 37mph in a 30mph zone by a PCSO recently, but when offered a talk with primary school children on a road safety exercise rather than the speeding ticket, he chose to have a foul-mouthed meltdown.

Priest, 39, who reportedly earns £80,000 a years from his information technology role, unleashed a tirade of abuse at teaching assistant Debra Barker, 37, ranting: "Is this what you f*****g teach children? What sort of school is this?"
