Pollstar, a magazine for the concert industry, has released its list of the 50 best-selling tours of 2012. And while the top of the charts surprises no-one - with the likes of Madonna in pole position, followed by Bruce Springsteen, Roger Waters, Coldplay and Lady Gaga, there's a shock entry from a British comedian in 36th place.
