BAE Systems 'plans new sports deal'

Defence giant BAE Systems is expected to agree a four-year partnership worth hundreds of thousands of pounds to UK Sport in engineering equipment, materials and time.

The firm is in discussions to continue a technology partnership which provided engineering to more than 20 different sports, from bob-skeleton to wheelchair racing, from 2008 to 2012.
