Stronger pound worries policymakers
The Bank of England's concerns over the strengthening pound have been highlighted in minutes showing policymakers were no closer to prescribing further emergency medicine for the economy.
The record of this month's monetary policy committee showed members voted unanimously to keep interest rates at 0.5% and that only David Miles on the nine-member committee wanted more quantitative easing.
