Five free personalised Christmas cards

The Daily Mail is offering five free cards, personalised with your own photos - worth £7.45 from Touchnote. Just sign up via the newspaper's deal page. There is a bit of a catch, because in order to qualify for the deal you have to tell 10 Facebook friends about the promotion. They don't need to respond or sign up to it, but you need to consider whether it will irritate your friends or not.

Free microchipping for dogs

Treat your dog this Christmas to a microchip that will ensure that you can be reunited if they ever go missing. According to the Dogs Trust, a shocking 118,932 stray and abandoned dogs were picked up by Local Authorities across the UK over the last 12 months, equating to a staggering 325 stray dogs being found every day.

If you contact your local rehoming centre you can arrange to have your dog microchipped for free - although as they are a charity, it's worth considering making a donation.

15% off at The Disney Store

For this weekend only you can get 15% off when you spend £50 or more at the Disney Store. You can get the code from myvouchercodes.co.uk, which is live until 16 December, and gives you the discount when you shop online. There's also free delivery on orders over £30, and a 25% sale on some toys.

25% off at Cafe Rouge

If you're looking for a venue for a festive get-together this weekend, you could get 15% off all food at Cafe Rouge when you eat after 7pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The catch here is that you have to fill in your details and sign up for the vouchercodes.co.uk emails, but if you're a decimated bargain hunter that may not be such a hardship.

Free Kew Gardens trip

If you fancy popping into Kew Gardens over the Christmas holidays, then by booking online from this Monday you can get in for free any time between 22 December and and January 4th. Tickets are usually £16 per person, so this is a huge saving.
