A man has been arrested after allegedly punching a female passenger in the face repeatedly on a packed Cardiff to Swansea train.

According to the BBC, a 43-year-old man was arrested after the assault, which happened after the Wales v New Zealand match at the Millennium Stadium on Saturday.

According to This Is South Wales, a BTP spokesman said: "The train, the 19.43 service from Cardiff to Swansea, would have been busy with others who may have attended the Wales v New Zealand rugby international.
