Quotas are not the way to solve inequality in the workplace

Women on boards is the hot topic in the EU commissioners office just now, but are plans to make women board members really the answer to our inequality problems? I don't think so.

Plans to impose a quota for women on company boards has been postponed by EU commissioners that would make it mandatory for companies to keep 40% of seats for women.
