Union opposes compensation changes

Shopworkers who suffer the trauma of an armed robbery will be among those who will receive no money under controversial changes to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme, a union said.


Usdaw said it could normally secure minimum payments of £1,000 for incidents of this kind, but they will be among the victims who will now lose out.
