A bare-breasted air kiss is probably not the kind that Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, is used to getting.

However, she graciously accepted one from a 24-year-old local dancer called Jenny Lohia, who had just presented her with a traditional necklace during a visit to Borea Village in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, this weekend.

According to the Metro, Jenny said: "She was happy when I kissed her. I'm so proud of myself for giving her that kiss."

Camilla and Prince Charles were in Papua New Guinea at the weekend on the first leg of a Diamond Jubilee Tour that will also see them visit Australia and New Zealand.

Charles received cheers when he addressed a crowd of 5,000 at a football stadium in the village by using his Pidgin name 'nambawan pikinini bilong misis kwin', meaning "number one child belonging to Mrs Queen".

The couple were treated to performances of local dancing in the village, as well as looking at local crafts.
