Research commissioned by the Watercress Alliance revealed that eating just 80g a day of the green superfood can reduce the appearance of wrinkles and blow away those blemishes and unsightly pores.

But following research on mice, in which the carotene in the plant was found to stop an enzyme that causes collagen to break down, thereby creating wrinkles, the study on women volunteers was commissioned.
