A wannabe free runner in the holiday resort of Sharm el Sheik shows why the sport should be kept for professionals only - when his jump goes seriously wrong.

The daredevil can be seen launching himself off a high building in Egypt in an attempt to make it to the next one, which, to be fair, he does - but the roof cannot take his weight and he plunges straight through it.

He can then be heard groaning in pain after hitting the ground with a very large bump.

The jump was reportedly attempted because bad weather had prevented a planned windsurfing session.

We think he might want to stick to the watersports next time...
