Kate Middleton has apologised to her husband Prince William for a new series of photographs from their French holiday, reports the celebrity gossip magazine OK.

The latest pictures, which are believed to have been published by a Danish magazine, apparently show the princess changing her bikini bottoms.

According to OK Magazine, Kate is mortified by the images, and concerned that she has embarrassed her husband and ruined her reputation.

Some reports say that Danish Celebrity magazine Se Og Hor (See and Hear) printed 16 pages of shots of the princess taken on holiday in the south of France with her husband. They appear to be part of the same set as the topless pictures published in the French Magazine Closer.

However, the Danish magazine has denied claims that it published the images.

Kate recently won an injunction to stop further publication of the topless images by the French magazine, with a fine of 100,000 each day.
