Man arrested for 'watching porn and fondling himself' mid-flight

A man has been arrested after allegedly watching pornography and fondling himself on board a Southwest Airlines flight.
Daniel Drinan, 63, was arrested on Saturday night following a flight between Baltimore-Washington International Airport in Maryland and Denver.
An affidavit filed in conjunction with the criminal complaint states that Drinan sat down, hooked up his laptop computer to the airline's Wi-Fi internet service, and began viewing pornography.
According to CNN, another passenger sat near Drinan notice him fondling himself and alerted a flight attendant.
Citing the affidavit, the Justice Department said a male flight attendant arrived and, upon finding the man's genitalia exposed, told him to "put his pants back together".
Mr Drinan allegedly tried to use his laptop to hide his activity, according to investigators.
Turnto23.com reports that he appeared in court on Monday in Denver on charges of committing lewd, indecent or obscene acts in public aboard an aircraft.
He is scheduled to be arraigned on 19 September, and, if convicted, Drinan could be sentenced to as many as 90 days in jail and be ordered to pay a $250 fine.
