Older workers motivated by pride

Older workers are more likely to be motivated by pride in their performance rather than pay rises and bonuses, according to new research.

More than half of older staff listed client service, teamwork and self-fulfilment as important, found a survey of 1,100 adults by employment firm Adecco.
