Nicole Scherzinger to spend £750k on flights to see Lewis Hamilton
Singer Nicole Scherzinger will spend most of her £750,000 X Factor fee on flights to see boyfriend Lewis Hamilton, the Sun reported.
Nicole, 34, is keen to stay close to the Formula 1 racer while he is at Grand Prix race meetings and will spend the cash she earns from being a judge on the reality show, chartering jets to be with her man.
The former US X Factor judge will fly as far as Abu Dhabi and Brazil costing her at least £50,000 a time to keep their relationship on track.
Filming of The X Factor is every weekend from October to Christmas.
A friend of Nicole said: 'Lewis will sort some flights out for her, but she's booking some herself and they're eye-wateringly expensive.'
Last month saw the singer 'fuming' after her X Factor boss Simon Cowell booked her onto an economy class flight from London to Los Angeles.
Nicole, who has been jetting between the UK and US while shooting The X Factor auditions phase, branded Simon a 'tightwad' and had to pay for an upgrade herself after she was shocked to find out she wasn't flying business class on the long-haul British Airways flight.
Ah, the perils of being a celebrity, eh?
