Current accounts: Making the switch

The Natwest IT debacle and Barclays' Libor-fixing scandal has put current account satisfaction firmly in the spotlight.

Almost a fifth (18.4%) of people surveyed by Moneysupermarket.com said they had lost trust in their bank completely, while Moneyfacts has experienced the highest website visitors to its current account best buy tables in nearly two years.
