Situated in The Heights, Bert’s Cottage and its elevated location offers panoramic views over the northern Pennines and the Carlise to Settle railway line. The cottge is a thirty minute drive away from the Lake District, and during your stay you can pop down to the local golf course of even indulge in a spot of fishing! The cottage has 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4 people and costs £116 per person per week.

This spacious Victorian country house, originally built in 1865, is based on the south side of Loch ness and offers 'breathtaking, undisturbed and 'extraordinary' views. The house has 12 bedrooms, sleeps 25 and costs £128 per person per week. 

This Grade II listed lodge, built in the 1800s, features an enclosed garden, open farm land, beautiful countryside views, and river walks by its doorstep. Middlewood Hall has two bedrooms, sleeps 4 people and costs £140 per person per week. 

Pinecroft offers a great little spot for exploring the joys of North Yorkshire. The property, which has achieved a five star rating from Visit Britain, has plenty of walks nearby and of course is situated near historic Harrogate. Pinecroft sleeps up to seven people and costs £136 per person per week.

This two-storey holiday apartment, a converted 18th century barn, is based in Gosforth, near Wasdale in the Western Lake District. The barn is just a short five minute walk to Gosford village centre, where you'll find five pubs, a large grocery shop, and a tearoom to boot! Also situated nearby are the lakes and mountains of Wasdale, Eskdale and Ennerdale in addition to the long, sandy beaches at Seascale, Drigg and St Bees. Potter's Barn has three bedrooms, sleeps six and costs £94 per person per week. 

Built circa 1820 and located in the pretty village of Contin, West Lodge boasts stylishly furnished rooms and a mature sun trap garden with decking, lawns and a BBQ. The area offers great conditions for mountain biking, golfing, angling, riding, walking and climbing. Inverness is also just 20 miles to the south. The lodge has three bedrooms, sleeps 6 and costs £92 per person per week. 

Ammonite Cottage has a range of attractive features, including a 'bright and airy' lounge, large dining room, and an original Yorkshire-range cast iron fireplace. At the rear of the cottage you'll find French doors which open onto a secluded patio overlooking the stone-walled garden and fruit trees. The cottage, located in a peaceful residential village, is just a few steps away from the trout-filled River Dove. Ammonite cottage has two bedrooms, sleeps four and starts from £119 per person per week. 

Located just outside Lazonby village, the Coach House features a pretty cottage kitchen and a dining room with arched French windows overlooking a pretty patio and courtyard. The property is within walking distance to pubs, shop, swimming pool, and is a great location for fishing and walking. Coach House has three bedrooms, sleeps six and starts from £92 per person per week.

This 19th century cobble stone log cabin boasts oak and pine interiors, a traditional wood burning stove and a large veranda, where you can sit, dine and watch the sun set (there are no midges here!) The cabin has three bedrooms, sleeps six and costs £99 per person per week. 

St Mary's Cottage offers a spacious dining kitchen, small patio and a private garden which backs onto a cultivated woodland, where you'll find a wide variety of birdlife. The cottage is located just at the edge of Honley village, where you'll find cobbled roads, restaurants, an art gallery and a variety of shops. St Mary's cottage has 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4, and costs £100 per person per week.
