Runaway food trolley on flight sends three to hospital

A runaway airline food trolley has been blamed for injuring five people on a Frontier Airlines flight - leaving three needing hospital treatment.

The Frontier Flight 1863 was flying from Denver to Phoenix, and the plane was coming into land when the trolley came loose, according to msnbc.com.

Frontier, operated by Republic Airways, said they were ensuring passengers were taken care of.

Frontier spokeswoman Lindsey Carpenter said Republic is investigating how the food trolley came loose.
