Why Disney World is great for all ages

There are lots of attractions for little ones at Walt Disney World – from the wonderful ‘underwater’ ride The Seas with Nemo & Friends at Epcot, to animal encounters at the affection section in Animal Kingdom.

They can get wet (really wet) on Splash Mountain, ride the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, go lion-spotting on the Kilimanjaro Safari, and enjoy the crazy world of Toy Story Mania, and your little princesses will enjoy the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.

Bigger kids will be thrilled with the Surf Plank and Humunga Kowabunga at Typhoon Lagoon, and everyone can enjoy Castaway Creek. Plus they’ll be amazed at the parades.

They may think they’re too cool for family holidays, but once they’ve ridden Expedition Everest or Space Mountain or Aerosmith’s Rockin Rollercoaster we’re sure they’ll change their minds…

..and teens will definitely enjoy hanging out at Blizzard Beach, where they can chill out at Meltaway Bay, or, if they’re feeling a bit more active, ride the Summit Plummet and Toboggan Racers.

And as you’re in Florida, you’ll want to make the most of the glorious sunshine – some time round the pool will do wonders for your equilibrium, and if you’re staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, it’s only a short trip back to the parks. Plus if you’re in the mood for shopping, you’ll find some fab stores at Downtown Disney.

Grandparents will love exploring all the pavilions in the World Showcase at Epcot, with 11 countries including Japan, Mexico and Norway to visit, plus lots of different cuisine on offer.

They’ll also enjoy Soarin’ Over California and Living with the Land, plus of course spending quality time with their grandchildren and making memories that will last forever.

Everyone, no matter how old they are, will be amazed by the spectacular firework displays – the perfect finale to your memorable holiday.
