Mobile app allows ATM withdrawals

Mobile phone payment technology has taken another step forward with the launch of a scheme allowing people to take cash from an ATM without using their debit card.

People with the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and NatWest mobile banking app can now take money from an ATM by making a request on their mobile phone.
