Insurance renewed on service not price
Price isn't everything when it comes to buying insurance. New research suggests just 40% of punters say price is the deciding factor when renewing their car or home insurance.
And only 43% of customers who cancelled said price was the main reason. That's the result of a survey by Junction – the back-office broker behind M&S Money, RAC, Post Office, HSBC, Lloyds TSB, Halifax, Santander and Barclays.
