ISA stats #1: Know your limits

Each day this week, we're running through some of the statistics taken from research on ISAs by the Office for National Statistics.

All too often when I'm speaking to those without much prior knowledge in the field of investing, there's a prevailing feeling that only the wealthy can afford to invest in ISAs. This is simply not true -- any UK resident with a pound can open one of these tax-efficient savings accounts!
