Lack of cash drives poor car choices

We all have to make tough choices in this environment. None of us can buy what we want, when we want it, or there's a major risk there will be too much month at the end of the money. It means big new purchases often have to wait - often much longer than we'd ideally like.

And a new survey shows that when it comes to our cars, delays mean our cars are not only becoming dangerous - they could be illegal too.
