MG's new MG5 family hatch unveiled

We're beginning to think this this whole new MG thing is serious. So serious, in fact, that the company is about to start selling a family hatchback that will go squarely against three of the most popular cars in the UK - the Ford Focus, Vauxhall Astra and VW Golf.

The first pic of the MG5 has arrived, and it looks...promising. In fairness, though, Photoshop can make anything look promising.
