Beware new twist to energy saving scam

There are warnings out today of a new twist on a horrible scam. It was bad enough when Trading Standards had to warn us about a bonus company selling dodgy plug-in energy-saving devices which in fact don't save any energy at all.

Now they are warning of a group of con artists cashing in on people who have been a victim of the original scam.
