Weekend voucher roundup

It's the last weekend of the month, when the battle to make our money go further heats up. You want to go shopping, have meals out and have some fun, while your wallet wants to stay home and recover.

Fortunately there are some vouchers around this weekend which will keep both you and your wallet happy

This is only around until Sunday, but is a cunning way to get films for free and a bit of shopping on the side. You get to try Lovefilm for free for 30 days, and get a £20 Superdrug voucher into the bargain. However, if you do take advantage, remember it's essential that you return all the discs in your possession and cancel your subscription before the end of your free trial, or the company will sign you up to a payment plan.

Debenhams and Oasis

If your wardrobe needs a pick-me-up after the winter, then you can get a big chunk off sale prices at the Oasis concession in Debenhams stores. There are already all sorts of things with 25% off, but if you enter the code TC29 at the checkout you'll get another 15% off. However, you only have until the end of Sunday to take advantage of the deal.

Dorothy Perkins

Alternatively, you can use this voucher for 25% off at Dorothy Perkins before the end of Sunday.

Tesco wine

This is a long-running deal, so there's no rush as long as you buy by 31 May. Tesco is offering £10 off your first shop with Tesco wines (as long as you spend £50 or more). Just enter the code XX4PFX at the checkout and you'll have the cash deducted from your order. It's a lot to spend on wine, but with some of the cases offered at half price, you could easily get 12 bottles of wine for just over £50 - which with the deduction comes in at less than £4 a bottle for wines originally costing almost £10.

Many of the eating out vouchers exclude weekend dining, but not this one. Beefeater offers 25% off your entire bill when you spend £30 or more. Sadly the offer expires this Sunday, but there's just enough time to get the family down to the Beefeater for a slap-up meal.
