Banks getting worse, say 5.6 million Brits

More than 5.6 million British consumers - or 11% of the adult population - have become more dissatisfied with their banks over the last 12 months, according to research out today from ethical financial services provider Triodos Bank.

Another three quarters, meanwhile, feel that nothing about their banks has changed since last year.
