Swap retirement for working and downsizing

Getting older is going to be fairly bleak in future if David Halpern gets his way. In a presentation in Stockholm yesterday, the adviser to David Cameron laid out the future for retirement that he'd like to see. Apparently we all need to get ourselves back to work, and sell up and downsize into a smaller home.

And the trouble is that Halpern may just be in a position to make it happen.
