The price of car insurance continues to rise and despite incoming EU legislation that will ensure that insurers can't use gender as a factor when deciding prices, new research show's there's still a way to go.

Confused.com the UK insurance index, has found that 17-20 year old men are being charged almost double the price women of the same age are paying.
