Ford B-Max revealed
Ford has shown the production version of its all-new small MPV, the B-Max.
It's no ordinary MPV,
In fact, the B-Max boasts a 150cm aperture in the rear – ideal for loading children, shopping, friends and... stuff without having to worry about space.
Based on the Ford Fiesta, the B-Max is set to keep its concept car dimensions which means it'll be 11cm longer than a five-door Fiesta and 32cm (or a flump) shorter than a C-Max.
It'll come with a selection of frugality-spec Duratorq diesel engines and the 125bhp 58.9mpg version of Ford's trick new 1.0-litre three-cylinder EcoBoost engine.
Stephen Odell, chairman and CEO of Ford of Europe, had this to say: "The B-MAX combines an exciting, innovative design with features that only previously have been found in bigger cars... It's a brand new car that responds to the needs of an increasing number of customers who want much more from their small cars".
Want one? You can either try and steal one from the Geneva Motor Show or wait until September to buy one in the UK.
