A tribunal has ruled that Hakim Berkani, a former traffic warden working in Kensington and Chelsea for contractors NSL, was unfairly sacked for warning drivers they had parked illegally rather than issuing tickets.

Berkani said that he had a daily minimum of 10 tickets to issue every day and that he had been sacked for opposing the quota (and for being a union member).
