A tale of two Sherlocks

Let's take a favourite literary character, Sherlock Holmes, then update him to a world with mobile phones and stick him in an urban city. This has just been on the BBC, right? Well, yes, but producer Hartswood Films is looking carefully at a near-identical proposal from CBS, set in America, called "Elementary". There may be litigation - creator Sir Arthur Conan Doyle (pictured) can't have known what he was starting in 1897.
