[UPDATE] MINI Rocketman probably isn't dead

A number of outlets are reporting that the MINI Rocketman project has been killed off. However, Autoblog has since discovered (from a number of BMW/MINI sources) that it may not be the case.

The Rocketman, launched at last year's Geneva Motor Show, was a truly mini MINI as it was closer in size to the Issigonis designed car than the BMW effort.
