Fuel shocker - £100 to fill up your car

Prepare to pay more at the filling station. That's because one of Britain's biggest oil refineries, Coryton in Essex, has filed for bankruptcy. That means more pressure on forecourt supplies with diesel prices looking particular vulnerable, as speculators and other commodity vultures circle.

If diesel hits £1.45 a litre, that means more than £100 to fill up an average family-sized car.
