Will new coins work for anyone?

The Royal Mint has started rolling out new 5p and 10p coins this month, and will step up the process in April. As we reported last week, this is going to cause chaos for councils who have to change their parking meters to enable the coins to fit.

Now it emerges that the problems are far more widespread than just parking meters.
