Owning property in Ireland over the last five years has been no picnic. If you think the price drops in the UK have been painful, then you ain't seen nothing yet. Irish property prices have plummeted as much as 61% since the peak in some parts of Dublin.

But the experts say there's a chance that the property market is turning a corner.
