Amazon delivery company under fire

More than a thousand angry Amazon customers have signed an online petition demanding that the shopping website stops using Yodel, formerly HDNL or Home Delivery Network, to deliver packages.

Problems reported by the disgruntled consumers who have put their names to the petition include that deliveries fail to arrive on the right day and that no cards are left when no one is home.
