Homeowners warned about HS2

Homeowners are unwittingly buying property that may be blighted by High Speed Two (HS2), the proposed national high-speed rail network.

Train noise from the planned link between London and the Midlands is expected to blight 4,700 homes - with £97 million to be wiped off property values, according to property search experts Searchflow.
