The Queen's grocer fails to deliver

Customers who purchased luxury Christmas hampers costing up to £5,000 from luxury grocer Fortnum and Mason are still awaiting delivery.

The famous 305-year-old emporium located on London's Piccadilly has admitted it has been unable to deliver all of its pre-Christmas orders due to an IT problem that brought down its electronic delivery system.
