How office workers spend their days

The average worker arrives at his or her desk at 8.09am, spends £3.23 on lunch, drinks three cups of tea or coffee and argues with a colleague once a day, according to new research.

A study of 2,000 office employees showed a usual working day of nine hours 13 minutes, a 28-minute lunch break, normally sitting at their desk, with 10 minutes and 15 seconds spent on social network sites such as Facebook and Twitter.
