One off Fisker supercar to be auctioned

You may have heard of the Fisker Karma, the luxury eco wagon for Mr and Mrs Well-Heeled in California. It's a smart bit of kit, but it's not the first thing to come rolling out of the gates of Fisker Automotive.

Before setting his mind to saving the world with luxury saloons Henrik Fisker used to coachbuild some very exciting looking cars. Having worked as head designer for Aston Martin (kind of a big deal) he decided to turn his hand to creating cars with his own name on them. Being an impoverished former head of design for Aston Martin he didn't have the capital to build his own bespoke car, so took to heavily modifying Mercedes SLs and BMW 6 Series'.
