Taxi! Skoda makes 1,500,000th Octavia

The 1,500,000th Skoda Octavia has rolled off the company's Czech production line since the company started making the current version in 2004. It's a staggering figure that's another example of why those Skoda jokes just aren't funny any more. Taxi drivers in Skoda Octavia jokes, though... they're still hilarious.

The staggering number only covers current generation Octavias, and doesn't include the identical 'MingRui' Chinese market version. Oh how we wish our car was called that.
