This is the fun end of Christmas shopping. The sales are beginning and the bargains are flooding in. We have been putting a bit of money aside, and we can spend with impunity. Life feels good.

However, the nasty end of Christmas is only a few weeks away - where we have loads of presents left to buy, everything seems far too expensive, and we don't have a penny left. In an ideal world we'd be able to manage our money better. In the real world we need to have the right credit card in place just in case.
