Crime doesn't pay, does it? OK it might for a bit, but once you have moved into your swanky mansion and bought those fast cars and fast fashions, things will turn sour pretty quickly. Before you know it you'll be hauled off to court, found guilty and had the lot confiscated. If you fall foul of the court there will be a host of fines to pay into the bargain.

Except... hang on... a new report has found that there's a good chance that none of these things will ever be enforced. So does crime pay after-all?
