Aldi sells 40-year-old single malt for £50

If you're stocking up your drinks cabinet for Christmas and fancy something extra special, head to Aldi – the first supermarket to sell a 40-year-old whisky.

The single malt will go on sale in December for a bargain price of £49.99 – despite being worth around £300 a bottle.
