Investors warned about land banking scams

Investors have been warned of rogue property developers selling land with the promises of great riches. They sell the land claiming it has great investment value when there is little or no chance of it ever being developed.

Investors who have invested in plots of land that turned out to be worthless have lost an estimated £200 million.
