BT stops paperless billing discount

BT has angered customers by announcing plans to stop its discount for paperless billing next month.

Customers opting to view their bills online instead of receiving them by post have benefited from a saving of £1.25 a month – a discount the telecoms provider says "has not proved viable in the long term."
