Which? slams John Lewis service
Most shop staff are clueless about consumer rights. To prove it, Which? trawled the British High Street visiting 60 stores including Argos, Currys and John Lewis, plus independent outlets. Which? hauled behind it a faulty fridge just out of warranty (well, the paperwork). And many stores attempted to give Which? researchers the elbow - including that apparent paragon of middle class customer service, John Lewis.
