Households forced to scrimp on food to pay for heating

With energy bills soaring, more than three-quarters (82%) of Brits worry about how they will heat their homes this winter. In fact, 43% of people are cutting back on their weekly food shop, to help pay their heating bills.

Household bills have risen dramatically over the last few months, following a summer of price hikes. A damning report from Ofgem found that energy suppliers are making a massive profit of £125 for each customer.
